Human Health Hazard Control


Fond du Lac County Health Department responds to human health hazard complaints as required by Wisconsin State Statute 251.05 (2) (a). A human health hazard is defined as a substance, activity or condition that is known to have the potential to cause acute or chronic illness or death if exposure to the substance, activity or condition is not abated. If a human health hazard is found, the owner of the property will be ordered to abate the human health hazard within 30 days of written notice.
