Creating an Account
You will receive an email from NeoGov asking you to click the link provided to activate your NeoGov PE User Account. Once you click the link, you will create a password and use your email address as your username. Once this has been created, you can use this portal anytime throughout the year. If you forget your username and/or password, please contact Justin Kluesner.
Rating a Self-Evaluation
If your department uses this online version of performance evaluations, you will be prompted to complete a self-evaluation annually. About three weeks before it is due, you will receive an email notification reminding you to complete this self-evaluation.
To rate your self-evaluation, follow the steps listed in this video:
Be sure to submit your self-evaluation when completed. Once submitted, your supervisor will complete his/her evaluation on you.
Signing an Evaluation
Once your supervisor has completed and approved your evaluation, you will receive an email notification prompting you to review it and sign it. You will be allowed to make any additional comments based on your supervisor's remarks if desired. You will be asked to sign your evaluation.

(Note: By signing the evaluation, it does not necessarily mean you agree with the evaluation. It signifies that you have reviewed the evaluation and have had the opportunity it follow up directly with your supervisor.)
