Environmental Awareness Poster Contest

 2018 NACD Poster Contest

The Fond du Lac County Land Conservation Committee offers an opportunity for students to share their conservation thoughts through their artwork.  Whether in an urban setting or a rural landscape, conservation has many pictures.  The Environmental Awareness Poster Contest is open to all Fond du Lac County students and can be used to develop students' awareness of Wisconsin's natural resources.

This year's theme is "Watersheds:  Our Water, Our Home"  and highlights how watersheds are an invaluable asset to our communities.

The link below contains the contest rules which include some tips for making your poster as well as an entry form that MUST be completed with the student's home address, signed by a parent or guardian, and placed on the backside of each poster.  ALL POSTERS MUST BE TITLED "Watersheds:  Our Water, Our Home."  New this year:  POSTER SIZE MUST BE 14" x 22"

The contest allows for one entry per student.  The top three winners in each division will receive awards.  The 1st place poster in each division will be retained and entered in the Area Contest to compete with neighboring counties at the Lake Winnebago Land and Water Conservation Association's meeting in January, 2018.

Entries should be received by our office by Monday, January 8, 2018.  They can be delivered or mailed:
