ELECTRONIC REAL ESTATE TRANSFER RETURN (eRETR)
A completed electronic real estate transfer return (eRETR) form is required for all conveyances of ownership interest in real estate. You must go on-line to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue website to prepare the eRETR. After completing and submitting the return, print the receipt and send it with the document to record, include any required fees to the Register of Deeds.
